The Ghan runs from March to November inclusive between Adelaide, Alice Springs and Darwin. It does not run during December, January and February.
The Ghan service options include Platinum, Gold Premium Suite, Gold Suite, Gold Premium Twin, Gold Twin and Gold Single Cabins.
A new level of luxury is coming in 2026 with the launch of the exclusive new Aurora and Australis Suites.
