Day 1

Perth, Avon Valley

Setting off from Perth after a fabulous welcome event, the Indian Pacific travels into the night while guests clink glasses and prepare to enjoy their first delectable meal on board. Expect contemporary Australian cuisine with seasonal and regional flavours, paired with the finest regional wines

Day 2

Kalgoorlie, Nullarbor Plain

The next day, as sunrise unfolds across Australia’s largest outback town, Kalgoorlie, the Indian Pacific pulls in, and guests are invited to join the first Off Train Experiences of the journey, delving into this mining town’s past and present, with a visit to the region’s gold-rush era, now modern-day, Super Pit mine.

Having worked up an appetite, guests reboard for brunch, travelling onward across the seemingly endless expanse of the Nullarbor Plain. Crossing borders and time zones, the Indian Pacific enters South Australia before dinner is served on board. Late evening, the train pulls into the almost-ghost-town of Cook for a nightcap, late-night bonfire and stargazing experience.

Day 3

Barossa Valley, Adelaide

The morning is spent travelling through the pastoral lands and communities of remote South Australia as the Indian Pacific cruises past the Flinders Rangers, Spencer Gulf and the Adelaide Plains. Arrive at Adelaide Parklands Terminal at 5.25pm where your journey finishes.
