Thursday: Central Station, Sydney - All aboard the Elvis Festival Train

Today, you step into a bygone era of golden-age rail travel as you depart from Sydney's Central Station aboard the Elvis Festival Train. From the moment you board, the rhythm of rock and roll begins to build. Settle into your private cabin, or make your way to the Lounge Carriage to mingle with fellow festival-goers as the city skyline fades away.

Linger over a relaxed onboard lunch in the Dining Carriage, with seasonal produce and regional wines served by our onboard crew. As the scenery of the Blue Mountains rolls past your window, head back to the Lounge Carriage for live entertainment and toe-tapping classics from the King himself.

As dusk falls, enjoy a multi-course welcome dinner prepared by our onboard chefs. Then, raise a glass in the Lounge - the spirit of Elvis is already alive and well on board. (L, D)

Friday: All Shook up in Parkes

Awaken to a hearty breakfast onboard before the train shunts to the platform at Parkes Station. After disembarking mid-morning, youll spend the entire day immersed in the Parkes Elvis Festival one of the most iconic celebrations of the King anywhere in the world. From street parades and live performances to themed events and pop-up stages, Parkes transforms into a buzzing hub of sequins, music, and unforgettable energy. With the official program yet to be released, you will be able to plan and tailor the day to your liking closer to the event.

In the evening, return to the train for another chef-prepared dinner and a relaxed evening onboard as the celebrations continue to echo through Parkes. (B, D)

Saturday: Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest

Make your way into town in time for the street parade a procession of sequins, jumpsuits and Elvis tribute artists of every era. From there, spend the day soaking up the atmosphere of the Parkes Elvis Festival, with time to explore the town and enjoy the festivities. You'll then head to the centrepiece of the entire journey the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest.

Get ready for sequins, swagger, and showmanship as performers from around the world compete for the crown. Whether youre a lifelong fan or a newcomer to the Kings charisma, this high-energy event is guaranteed to get your blue suede shoes moving.

After the show, return to the train for a relaxed dinner service. Raise your glasses and share a toast to Elvis with fellow travellers as you unwind and relive the highlights of an unforgettable day. (B, D)

Sunday: Parkes

After breakfast onboard, step back into the Parkes Elvis Festival for one final day of celebration. This is your last chance to soak up the live music, catch the tribute acts bringing their A-game, and wander the stalls piled high with Elvis memorabilia and good old-fashioned nostalgia.

Take your time and savour the final hours. When the last call comes, make your way back to the train, where a hearty farewell dinner awaits. Raise a glass of regional wine with fellow travellers as you recount the adventures of the last few days and toast to the memories made along the way.

After dinner, settle into the Lounge Carriage for a nightcap as tunes from the King fill the space, paying tribute to the man who brought you to the festival. As you settle in for the evening, the former Southern Aurora carriages carry you gently through the night, back towards Sydney. (B, D)
